7 days from delivery. Raise the request within that window and the collection can happen after it.

The piece must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packing. A saree that has been draped once for a photograph is fine; one that has been to a wedding is not.

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photograph of the piece.

We will arrange a pickup where our courier serves your PIN code. Where they do not, post it back and we reimburse the actual postage against a receipt.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the piece reaching us and passing inspection.

Made-to-order and custom-woven bridal pieces. These are woven for you specifically and cannot be resold — we will exchange for another piece of equal or greater value, but cannot refund.

Blouse pieces that have been cut or stitched.

Items marked final sale on the product page.

Anything showing wear, perfume, stains or alteration.

Silk is dyed in batches and photographs differently under different light. A shade or two of variation between screen and cloth is normal.

That said, if the colour is not what you expected, return it. We would rather absorb the shipping than argue about a screen calibration.

Exchange for a different colour, size or design at any time within the window. If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund it.

We pay shipping both ways on the first exchange of any order.

A pulled zari thread, a weaving fault or a tear found on arrival is our fault and we treat it as such: full refund or replacement, our shipping, no time limit argument.

Send photographs within 48 hours of delivery so we can trace which loom and which batch it came from.
